Step 2 – Ask for Reviews
This is an automated process, you don’t have to do anything. We set up a custom conversation based on what you’re looking to do. This can be changed monthly. If you want people to leave a review, we can send them a link if they are happy with your service.
If they’re unhappy, you should know about it! We will send those unhappy customers back to you. This will allow you to call them and see if you can fix their issue.
Step 3 – Monetize Signups!
You now have people signed up to your list that are willing to be contacted again. You can fill your restaurant on a slow day, invite customers to attend an event, or anything else you can think of!
